At Ella & Jones, we want you to truly love your jewelry.

If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. We just ask that your piece is still in its original condition; unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, reach out to us within those 7 days and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

A few quick notes:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return and make sure everything looks good, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
